Our hearts captured the forfeited clouds,
and pale faces of hundreds of forsaken orphans.
The desolation of the fallen kingdom,
becoming scourge that'll haunt the future.
Departed fathers have never returned.
To rejoice endless greater conquests,
of shores, fortified by valor,
and struggling youth of generation.
Like worms under the soil,
crawl the fragment toward the core.
We've spawned with strength,
from agony and pain.
Their deceased manhood,
will always be in our hearts.
The wisdom of our fathers,
will always remain.
In our hearts.
Will always remain.
Vanished through time,
throughout struggling centuries.
Withered by forlorn,
sorrow and desolation.
Mother Earth, your breath is hampered.
Father Sky, you're in desperation.
This album is just 100/100, like so many albums from mgla. How can a band hit the spot so many times? They are incredible. Thank you for accompanying me almost daily these days :) adrianradillo
What an impressive piece of black metal. This one-man hurricane is pure art. Sgah‘gahsowáh creates an haunting atmosphere. He puts so much soul in his music. Sælzer Bub
Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork. Not for nothing is Mgla considered as a standard for a lot of other blacker-than-black metal bands. I hope to see this band live once..... grote_smurf
Joseph Hawker subverts the musical and sociopolitical status quo with a black metal triptych that's as incendiary as it is impressionistic. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 5, 2022
